Milbank's Global Securities Group recently represented Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Securities and a syndicate of six other underwriters in connection with the registered public offering by Pioneer Natural Resources Company (“Pioneer”) of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.95% Senior Notes due 2022.

Pioneer, which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and listed on the NYSE, is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in the United States. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to reduce indebtedness outstanding under the Company’s revolving credit facility.

Milbank has acted as designated underwriters' counsel for Pioneer since 2007. During that time, Milbank has assisted Pioneer in raising nearly $2.5 billion through five SEC-registered securities offerings.
