Labor and Employment Attorney Phillip Maltin Joins Lathrop & Gage in Los Angeles

Lathrop & Gage announced today that Phillip Maltin recently joined the firm’s Labor & Employment practice as a Partner in Los Angeles.

Maltin focuses his practice on defending businesses against all forms of employment-related claims, including harassment, discrimination, trade secrets misappropriation and class action lawsuits. He also represents domestic and foreign companies in commercial disputes. Maltin is recognhttp://www.lathropgage.com/pressroom-press-846.htmlized nationally as a leader in workplace investigations and speaks frequently on investigation and questioning techniques, including how to uncover dishonesty.

Formerly with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, Maltin regularly acts as outside general counsel for businesses of all sizes and supplies day-to-day human resources counseling and strategy. He teaches deposition skills workshops and helps to train prosecutors through the prestigious Trial Advocacy Project (TAP). Maltin obtained a juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
