Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Jeffrey H. McClelland to its Denver office as a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. Mr. McClelland, who has more than a decade of experience counseling employers on an array of legal issues and handling complex litigation, joins Lewis Brisbois from an international labor and employment firm. He regularly represents employers in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Colorado Civil Rights Division. In addition to litigating matters involving federal and state employment laws, Mr. McClelland advises employers of all sizes regarding employee pay and timekeeping practices, workplace policies, employee training, and employee discipline.
