Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a repeat client, an AmLaw 50 law firm in New York, on a search for a private funds associate with at least two (2) years of comparable large firm experience. The partners are looking for candidates with experience in the formation of private funds, including buyout funds, co-investment funds, fund of funds, single asset funds, senior loan funds, and infrastructure funds. Candidates who are also experienced in fund regulatory and compliance matters are strongly encouraged to apply. While most of the partners sit in the firm's New York office, the candidate may choose to sit in the DC office.
