A repeat client of Kinney Recruiting is seeking one mid-level associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to support the fund finance and/or leveraged finance practices within a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm in Charlotte. The successful candidate will have solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.  In particular, we are looking for lawyers with strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit. This firm is a target destination in the Charlotte market as it pays market base and bonus, all while keeping associates at or very near 2000 hours annually.
