Top international law firm is seeking a bilingual/multilingual Mid-Level Corporate Associate for its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of corporate finance, securities, public/private offerings and regualtory experience at a major law firm. The ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and/or Russian and admission to CO bar is required.
