Mid-Level Native Mandarin, Fluent English M&A Associate - Beijing

US-based law firm in Beijing is seeking to hire MULTIPLE mid-level associates who meet the following criteria:- Native Mandarin speaker who studied English or English Literature at a top Chinese university, i.e. has excellent English writing/drafting skills- Received a JD (no LLMs) from a US law school - jurisdiction of qualification DOES NOT matter, the attorney can be qualified to practice in any state in the USA, England & Wales, Hong Kong, Australia, or the PRC - as long as the attorney has a JD from a US law school- capable of drafting and marking up documents in English (English language skills will be tested and English writing/drafting skills are extremely important to the hiring partner)- Has practiced M&A law for at least 3 years at ideally an international law firm, but will consider associates with training from strong regional law firms as well.  This firm focuses on outbound M&A.  Their client base is primarily Chinese state-owned enterprises who are looking to buy stock or assets from companies around the world, particularly in South/Central America, the Middle East, or elsewhere in Asia.   This firm is very much in growth mode and is looking to double the size of their office.  Please send resumes and all other enquiries to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
