3rd - 5th year US capital markets associate, no language skills needed - Singapore

Singapore office of top US law firm is seeking 3rd - 5th year US capital markets associates.  No language skills are needed for this position.  Competitive candidates will meet the following criteria:1.  Strong traditional capital markets background from Wall Street or Magic Circle style "biglaw" environment - experience drafting prospectuses, subscription agreements, legal opinions and other ancillary documents is necessary.  Experience with Regulation S and 144A transactions, as well as experience with offerings featuring issuers from Asia or other emerging markets, will make a candidate much more competitive.     2.
