Mid-Level to Senior IP Litigation Associate Attorney - Dallas

Our client is a prestigious national firm with an immediate need in their Dallas office for an experienced IP litigator. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials (top 20% from a top 30 law school) and four to seven years of intellectual property litigation experience, with at least some patent litigation experience.  Applicants with experience handling patent litigation involving computer software, electronics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical technologies preferred.  Undergraduate (BS)  degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar degrees are a plus, but not required. Please email chris@kinneyrecruiting.com with your resume and transcript for consideration - we will never send your materials without your express permission.
