Junior to Mid-Level Investment Funds Associate Attorney - Shanghai

Our client has an immediate need for an outstanding associate attorney in its Shanghai office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of investment funds experience. Candidates should have solid experience in venture capital funds, leveraged buyout funds, funds of funds, credit funds, hedge funds, and/or mezzanine funds. Any U.S. securities, tax, and ERISA experience is strongly preferred. Mandarin fluency is highly desirable. Excellent academics from a top school, a history of major firm employment, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
