Our client is a premier international law firm with an immediate need for an experienced associate/counsel/junior partner with portable business and midstream energy transactions expertise to join a growing energy transactions practice group consistently ranked as one of the best in the market. All candidates should have major firm experience, a book of business over $500K, and significant experience running sophisticated midstream energy transactions. Experience on Latin American-based transactions is an advantage but not a requirement.
