Top US firm's HK office is looking for a 2nd-4th year Private Equity fund formation associate.  It is a requirement that this associate have experience with private equity (not hedge) fund formation.  This firm is not looking to retool associates from other practice groups into a private equity funds role. Successful candidates will be from a major US market (NY, Boston, West Coast), London or in Asia at a funds practice in a "biglaw" international law firm, and will be in good standing with their current firm.  Competitive candidates will have received good grades from a top 15 law school.  JDs preferred to LLMs. Language skills are not a priority for this role. Please contact asia@kinneyrecruiting.com to learn more today.
