Junior Fund Formation Associate Attorney - Shanghai

The positions will be based in Shanghai at a top end PE practice of a top US firm.  Looking for 1st or 2nd year to join their funds formation team.  Prior fund formation experience helpful but not required.  Top market comp, with top market cola / housing.  The key partner involved will be in NYC to interview candidates on April 12 and 13.
