Jr-Midlevel Corporate Associate (Attorney) - Denver

Top law firm has a need for a Stellar Jr-Midlevel Corporate Associate with 2-5 years of large law firm general corporate experience (M&A, PE, LBOs, corporate governance, etc.).  The group is small but growing and, despite the "super busy" nature of the group, the culture is laidback.  The group has diverse personalities but everyone is nice and gets along.  The head of the group is a great mentor and the firm has an open door policy that is not just lip service.  The hired candidate must be a member of the Colorado Bar or sit for the Colorado Bar in July.  If you are not from Colorado, you must have a good reason for wanting to relocate.  You must have a JD from a Top 20 law school and a 3.6+ GPA.  Please submit resumes/transcripts to:  danielle at kinneyrecruiting dotcom
