Candidates should have debt finance experience at a peer firm. At least some private equity acquisition finance experience is helpful. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome.  Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
