Gardere Wynne Sewell has recruited tax partner James Howard to its Houston office.  The partner focuses his practice on international tax matters for a variety of energy and real estate clients.

Howard is a graduate of the South Texas College of Law and Oklahoma State University.  He joins from a previous job at Locke Lord.
