Alexis C. Lamb is Managing Director of the Hong Kong office and Los Angeles office of Kinney Recruiting. Alexis graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, where she received a BA in International Relations. Following her undergraduate studies, Alexis received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin, and served as Managing Editor on the Texas Review of Law and Politics. Upon graduating from law school, Alexis joined the New York office of O'Melveny & Myers, LLP. As an associate in the Transactions Group, Alexis's practice was primarily concentrated in private equity, hedge funds, and mergers and acquisitions. Subsequent to such experience, Alexis joined the Hong Kong office of Linklaters, becoming an associate in their U.S. Securities practice group. Alexis has been with Kinney Recruiting since 2009. Her candidates have received offers in a number of jurisdictions/cities, including Hong Kong, Singapore, mainland China, London and even Mongolia. In March 2011, Alexis was quoted in CNBC's article Law Graduates Head to Asia as IPO, M&A Boom Creates Talent Shortage.Alexis currently resides in Hong Kong, but has family on both coasts as well as Asia. Alexis spends as much of her free time as possible running outdoors on various trails in Hong Kong, as well as reading, traveling, supporting Trojan athletics and visiting her friends and family in the US whenever she can. |
