Morgan Lewis today welcomes Charles Mo as a partner in Hong Kong*, where he will add dispute resolution, corporate investigations and compliance, and international arbitration capabilities to the firm’s existing services in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Mo, who joins Morgan Lewis from another global law firm, focuses on dispute resolution, corporate investigations, insurance recovery, professional negligence, financial regulatory, life sciences, and employment. He advises clients in shareholder disputes, complex commercial litigation, product liability, defamation, and white-collar cases.

Mr. Mo represents companies in investigations conducted by Hong Kong regulators and enforcement authorities, including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Securities and Futures Commission, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the Customs and Excise Department. He also handles employment-related representations, including all aspects of contentious and non-contentious work.
