David K. Cho, a Hong Kong corporate partner, has joined Dechert as of Wednesday, August 8.  Cho focuses his practice on transactional and finance work, with a particular emphasis on cross-border M&A and U.S. securities.

He is a very talented lawyer who will contribute greatly to our global corporate and M&A practices and will strengthen the breadth and depth of our Asian practice,” said the partner in charge of Dechert's corporate practice, Henry N.
