Anastasia Kelly resigned from American International Group in December because of a government imposed a salary cap of $500,000 a year. Kelly has just taken a position with DLA Piper as counsel in the firm's Washington office. Thomas Russo, formerly senior counsel at Patton Boggs, takes Kelly's position at AIG.
