Corporate Lawyer Ronald R. Levine, II Joins Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in Denver

rnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP announced today that Ronald R. Levine, II has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate and Finance group. He will reside in the firm’s Denver office. Mr. Levine brings nearly 30 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, and merger and acquisition transactions for public and private companies in various industries, including private equity, technology, business services, energy, restaurant/retail, food, and manufacturing. Mr. Levine’s arrival further reinforces the firm’s commitment to strengthening its transactional offering in the Denver market.

Mr. Levine has had a distinguished career in private practice focused on public and private M&A transactions, private equity, securities and capital markets, and corporate governance matters. He serves as counsel in debt and equity offerings for domestic and foreign companies. He also represents a number of major private equity funds in investment and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as asset management and hedge funds.

Mr. Levine earned his JD, cum laude, from Harvard University and received his BS from Cornell University.
