Schiff Hardin Adds Seasoned Dallas Trial Lawyer to Labor and Employment Practice

Schiff Hardin LLP is pleased to announce that Tracey R. Wallace has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor and Employment group. A versatile practitioner with experience spanning the spectrum of labor and employment law, Tracey joins the firm’s Dallas office from Jackson Walker LLP.

Tracey has extensive experience representing her clients in various cases involving race discrimination, wrongful termination, excessive force, adverse possession, and sexual harassment matters. Her areas of practice include labor arbitrations, labor negotiations, employee relations, complex class action litigation, wage and hour class and collective action litigation, Title VII, Section 1981, ADA, ADEA, and non-compete litigation.

Beyond litigation, Tracey has also conducted investigations, drafted personnel policies and procedures, and provided training for lawyers and human resource personnel. “Schiff Hardin’s Labor and Employment section is a national practice and I am thrilled to be working alongside their esteemed lawyers,” Tracey said.

Tracey also serves as a National Board Member for the Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct impact litigation and education on behalf of the LGBT community.

She earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and her B.A. from University of Texas at Austin.
