Marc Myrin Joins Carrington Coleman

Carrington Coleman is pleased to announce that Marc Myrin has joined the firm as a Partner. As Carrington Coleman continues implementing its plan for strategic growth to better serve its growing client base, Mr. Myrin will bring new capabilities to the firm and extend its existing capacity. Mr. Myrin is in the Real Estate and Transactions practices at Carrington Coleman.

“At Carrington Coleman our growth is about finding lawyers who embrace our firm philosophy, bring substantial expertise, and have a passion for client service,” said Managing Partner Bruce Collins. “Marc fits that bill. He provides additional depth to our real estate and corporate practices, and will help grow those practices and broaden our client base.”

Mr. Myrin’s practice spans thirty years and focuses on the commercial real estate, hospitality, billboard, and construction industries, in which he works closely with entrepreneurs and investors. Marc is also knowledgeable in the field of TABC licensing as the result of his deep restaurant practice. His experience includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing, restaurant leasing, corporate acquisitions, mergers, liquor licensing and more for regional and national clients.

“Marc is a seasoned professional and is an ideal addition to our real estate and transactional team,” said Charles Jordan, a member of Carrington Coleman’s Executive Committee. “Marc brings both the skill and the personality to be a great fit with our existing clients, and he will have an ideal platform from which to serve the needs of new clients, as well. Marc is an important addition to our team.”

Mr. Myrin believes the team at Carrington Coleman is among the best. “I have known of the work of Carrington Coleman for many years. Charles Jordan and David Drumm lead a group that is among the best out there and I am delighted to join them.”
