DLA Piper Adds to Chicago Litigation Practice With Amy Rubenstein and John Scholnick

DLA Piper announced today that Amy Rubenstein and John Scholnick have joined the firm’s Litigation practice as partners in the Chicago office. Rubenstein and Scholnick join from Schiff Hardin LLP’s Chicago office.

Rubenstein represents clients as their chief strategist and trial lawyer in a broad array of industries, including chemicals, professional services, insurance, manufacturing, and food and beverage. She has developed innovative approaches to manage litigation and arbitration. Scholnick is a trial and appellate lawyer, representing clients nationally and internationally in their complex commercial, high-tech and product liability disputes. His vast litigation experience includes work in the chemical, food and beverage, medical device, automotive and bioengineering industries.

Rubenstein received her J.D. from the University of Chicago and her B.A. from Emory University. Scholnick received his J.D. from Northwestern University and his B.A. from Haverford College.
